Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if already dispatched.

• If you wish to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via our Contact Us page.
   

Refunds:

• Due to the perishable and homemade nature of our food products, refunds are only processed in case of:

  • Damaged or incorrect items

  • Non-delivery within the committed timeframe

• Please include a photo of the item and your order number.
