My Story
After a fulfilling career as a government employee in the Women and Child Welfare Department, where I dedicated myself to serving women, children, differently-abled individuals, and senior citizens, I am now embarking on a new journey.
Throughout my life, my family has always been my top priority, followed closely by my work. As a wife and mother of three, I made sure my children and husband never had to compromise on their health and nutrition.
Professionally, I received formal training in food and nutrition as part of my work, which helped me make a lasting impact—supporting countless malnourished children and families across different communities. These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of nutrition, both at home and in society.
I constantly looked for ways to keep my family healthy—from adapting nutritious recipes to exploring new dietary trends. During my free time, I cultivated a lush terrace garden with over 150 plants, including fruits, vegetables, medicinal herbs, and flowers. It became both a source of joy and a personal pharmacy and pantry.
My passion for homemade cooking didn’t stop there. Over the years, I refined ingredients and recipes to make cooking easier for my children, especially after they moved away for education and work. From quick chutneys to flavorful spice blends, pickles, and homemade snacks, I created thoughtful solutions that carried the warmth of home with them—especially on the days they missed it the most. Each bite was a small comfort, a reminder that they were always cared for, no matter how far away they were.
Now, with the time and freedom that retirement brings, I’m excited to share my creations through VyañMantra—my way of spreading the joy of traditional flavors and homemade goodness. In today’s fast-paced world, where many young people are building their careers, I hope these offerings help them stay nourished without the stress of daily cooking.

The Story Behind VyanMañtra
The name Vyañmantra is deeply rooted in tradition and meaning. It combines two powerful words:

Vyañjana (వ్యంజన), a Sanskrit and Telugu term for flavors and seasonings that enhance the essence of any dish.

Mantra, symbolizing the transformative magic of bringing something special to life.
In Telugu, vyañjana evolved into vanta (వంట), meaning cooking, reflecting the heart of every home and the care that goes into creating delicious meals. Inspired by this linguistic journey, Vyañmantra bridges the past and present by blending ancient traditions with modern convenience.
